The viscous fan on my newly fitted 3.9 serp motor is jammed on. No freewheel to it at all. Is this dangerous to run while I look for a good one?

Just means warm up time will be a bit longer and fuel consumption will increase slightly.....

Being a V8 I assume that's not your main concern
