Hi there folks

After two years of living out in the middle of nowhere in Liguria in the north west of Italy, I've got a bit of a jam trade going on. It's not official and I only sell to friends. However, this year I thought I'd try to extend my scope beyond the Channel and take a gamble on here.

So, I make home-made jam using wild fruit that grows on abandoned trees and bushes on the land and in the woods around where I live. The fruit is 100% organic and the whole process is done by hand from picking, cleaning and peeling the fruit to making the jam at home in my kitchen and the labels are all hand printed one-off lino prints. The jams consist in at least 60% fruit and 40% sugar. The only added ingredient is lemon juice. The average weight of the jars is about 370 g.

Available flavours from the Liguria coast are:
Wild bitter orange marmalade
Wild sweet orange marmalade
Wild tangerine marmalade
Wild lemon marmalade
Wild fig jam

From the inland hillsides and woodlands:
Kiwi jam
Wild maraschino cherry jam
Wild woodland strawberry jam (120 g jars)
Wild yellow plum jam
Wild yellow cherry plum jam
Wild red plum
Wild "rusticane" plum jam
Wild pear jam
Wild "vigna" peach jam
Wild woodland blackberry jam
Sweet chestnut jam
