R rich201283 Member Sep 16, 2010 #1 Just looking at the p38 gearbox (ZF4HP24) I believe this gearbox was also used in the Jaguar x300 - Would the jag engine be a good replacement for all them dead v8's, Would the engine fit onto the p38 gearbox?
