Maybe a stupid question. How do I remove the front discs?

Many thanks

Don't know about this vehicle but typically,

Slightly undo wheel nuts
Jack up, support on axle stands (never work under with just jack support)
Remove wheel
Remove brake caliper (usually two bolts)
Tie up caliper to something with a bit of wire or sit it on a pile of bricks
(so you do not strain/tear flexible hose)
Remove old disc. should just pull off

Only likely grief is........
If the caliper bolts have not been undone since 1999 they may put up a bit
of fight.
On my 1998 Subaru Forester 3 bolts out in an hour, last one took me 7 hours
of cussin, heating, straining, rounding it off, grinding flats back onto the
bolt head with a dremel. Started off as a 19mm bolt head, ended up as a 16
mm !!!!

Oh and if fitting new discs, also fit new pads so they bed-in together as a
set

If you can get them it is good practice to replace the caliper bolts with
new ones and bleed the brakes also, (but not absolutely vital).
