hi i need a bit of advice my mechanic says its head gasket but its not overheating now since i replaced the radiator with new core fitted, new thermostat, new water pump. it does not overheat at all now under load BUT it has started to smoke like a bitch with like bluey white smoke, had a header tank test done twice both times it was clear my mechanic says he is 99.9% sure that it is the head gasket BUT i was at the land rover run in brighton yesterday and spoke to a few guys there one told me that it could be either the fuel line or fuel pump had a chat with my mechanic and he still insists that its the head gasket ?? (even though it was done 21000 miles ago with head skimmed but unfortunately there is no proof that a pressure test was done). its a 300 tdi
