Does anybody know if the collapsible sleeve/collar/crush washer on the IRD pinion shaft is the same size/one on the rear Diff pinion shaft? I did some digging but could not find the answer.

don't think it is:

Part no for ird pinion collapsible washer is TXT100010
Can't see that against any of the parts on the rear diff
that's assuming the link is correct

O don't believe the IRD and diff are made by the same manufacturer. So it's very likely that they share no common components.
