Hi all,
I am Steve. I am a Brit, (English!). I live in Entebbe, Uganda... but am working near Kisumu, western Kenya.
I regularly drove 110s in the Army, and had my own short-wheelbase lightweight (air portable), which was ex-Sultan of Brunei. I drove a 110 and quarter-ton trailer (along with another identical vehicle) from Berlin on an Army expedition to the mountains of Azerbaijan, and down to Teheran (Iran) and back. No breakdowns! I have owned my own 110 in Tanzania, have driven several Landy's (including an old 109!) on safari in East Africa over a 10-year period as a safari guide/tour leader. I recently bought a 2001 Disco II TD5 manual (with rear coil spring conversion) and am trying to sort out all the spare cables, crap wiring, loose ends and spare sockets! Just about to replace the Fuel Pressure Regulator Connector Block. That's me! Hello!

This was my Landy in Tanzania, with the lads of our Asset Protection team (movement of gold bullion).
