a very nice piece of kit but 23 grand its not, they just bolted a caravan to a disco

ive seen something similar to this based on a mk4 cortina stretched but had a twin axle on the rear pretty much the same interior layout as this disco aswell

It's been on the bay for a while now. Looks pretty well finished & I don't think it's been a cheap job either. Whether it's any good off road I don't know but for overlanding it should work ok.

Look's like a decent conversion and I'd love to own it, wouldn't expect it to do anything remotely strenuous other than normal camping though, but I could be wrong... Worth the price compared to "normal" campers??, no chance considering the hassle explaining the mods to the insurer's!

as said by others, been on ebay for a time.
would I love it?
only if I had more money than sense, as it would be a "look at that landie" sort of thing when you pulled onto a camping site.
practical? well, no, not for just camping in is it.
If you really wanted to go wild camping, then buy an older caravan, convert the hubs and arches to take landie wheels with nice chunky tires, double the A frame/towing hitch size for strength, and orf you jolly well go, could even put chequer plate down each sides lower quarter for looks & functionality.....

If you wanted to be stupid about it, put electric drive hubs on the camper, so if its tough going on boggy ground, switch on the leccy power to camper hubs to power itself outer the mud!...6 wheel drive...lol
nah, told you it would be stupid,
but such good fun to watch......
