Bubbles in coolant wont be a rad issue.Intercooler out. Found more damage boo..
Thinking I might have found why I'm getting bubbles in the coolant without losing loads.

It's not cylinder headBubbles in coolant wont be a rad issue.
If you have an issue with the oil cooler, this will mix oil into the coolant, not air. It's not cylinder head
Next step is the oil cooler.
I believe garages have 'sniffers' that can tell if it is combustion gas working its way round to the expansion bottle. If you are getting bubbles coming through the coolant system, I presume it can only be gas being pushed into it (eg from the cylinders) of from air being sucked in.
If there is a loose clip or small split in a hose on the low pressure side of the water pump, this could suck in air while not allowing coolant to seep out.
I've been down that road with negative results.I believe garages have 'sniffers' that can tell if it is combustion gas working its way round to the expansion bottle.
Any oil in the coolant? if not I reckon you can discount the cooler. It's not cylinder head
