Have you got a bit of time?
Apply online to Elephant. They'll ask for your best quote so far, put in your Tesco quote. If they beat Tesco - record their offer.

Then apply, again online, to Diamond Insurance. It's the same company as Elephant so the form is identical but again they'll ask for your best offer. Put in the one from Diamond and they'll beat it. Mad but true.

Then apply, online, to Bell Insurance. It's the same company etc. etc.

Then apply, online to Admiral. It's the same company etc. etc.

I know that this sounds totally daft but I dropped my costs by 30% last year by doing this then phoning Admiral to get a last £50 knocked off.

Or, if your annual mileages are low you could just try a Landy specialist !!!

my lady has been on phone and line and we have managed to get £673 admiral still high but will do we have a younger driver as named on policy that wont help thanks all

Our P38 and Classic LSE are with Sureterm. £330 and £270 respectively. P38 limited to 10000 miles and the LSE to 8000 miles. They ask you every question under the sun, including your inside leg measurement!!! Probably looking for a get out clause so you have to be 100% accurate with your answers.

Bit of a rip off when you change things as well. Just changed our P38 to another P38 and charged us £46.00 (£30 fee and £17 because its worth a bit more). That wouldn't have been so bad but the P38 is due for renewal in 5 weeks!!

My p38 td is modified and costs just under £400 with 2gether insurance,I wouldnt use adrian flux but thats from my experiance of them not impressed at all.
Cheers Trev

Auto Direct, me and the boss for my 95 DT 15000 miles a 244 GBP year full comp, 9+ year no claims....internet quote....happy....

my RR is at present SORN but i will be putting it back on the road and need insurance so I have looked on this site
Gocompare.com 99% of our car insurance customers could save money
They seem to have reasonable rates and also depending on how much cover and excess you are willing to cover

I've always managed to beat the price comparison sites. Don't forget that the insurance company has to pay the site commission so even if you get a quote through a site it's still worth contacting the insurers directly. There are also a load of companies that refuse to appear on these sites.

just had a quote from Admiral. now please remember i am returning to UK without having insurance there for 5 years.
4.6 LPG P38, 10k per year, 44 years old, £1200 fully comp.
