2004 5 door UK facelift Td4 SE - no lights on instrument panel illuminate for seat belt warning, side/headlights on or fog lights on - I can see there are captions there for them, is this something you don't get with a UK spec before I start looking for faults please?

Sounds pretty normal to me.
There are several unused warning symbols on the FL1 facelift dash. I suspect that LR was planning to use them so had them included in the Ipack, but then decided against it for whatever reason.
