What’s going on here?

all 6 injectors reading the same value,983
Also fuel rail pressure sensor reading N/A

I’m confused.

I'd suggest there's a wiring fault somewhere, causing the ECM to add a default value to all injectors.
The rail sensor is strange, as it's giving a reading of 31380.0 kPa, which seems a little high for idle speed.
