Don't panic about injectors!
DO get new bottom sealing washers of exactly the right sort. Just dig the old washers out and clean out the recesses absolutely free of dirt or oil.
Old washers CAN be restored by annealing. Heat RED HOT and dunk in ice-cold water. Do this twice to each injector. This SOFTENS copper.
VERY GENTLY side the washer up a fine sharp DEAD FLAT file twice each side turning 90° between slides. This takes the shine off the washers.
Refit with coppergrease lightly applied to all the bits copper washer and all. Torque down as Landy recommends. Check torque regularly (daily) for a week.
Find someone with a Hartridge injector tester (I have one!) and get the injectors tested for pressures, spray patterns and leakoff.
At such a low mileage they should be perfect, and good for half a million miles more.
