Trying to remove the head off the 2.4 tdci puma, but have stumbled where it comes to the injectors - the top part comes out but the bottom stays in the head.

I was looking at something like the tools in the link below to remove them - can anyone give any advice on what tool(s) I should be using and where I can get them from?
