Hi, i want to put a fuel injector cleaner in my td5 engine. Can anyone recomend or advise to avoid as the injector set up being a little different to most diesels i have worked on. I had a turbo go and thus a lot of oil was sucked up and burnt. The car is now running great (with new turbo and all the intercooler manifold etc cleaned, but i do want to clean injectors and combustion. Your thoughts and comments would be most welcome. Run some rapeseed then change filters.

have used this stuff and found it made no differance what so ever
the wurth stuff on the other hand is good if you have a good long run to do stick it in before you fill up and by the time you get through half the tank you will be able tell the differance
i do mine twice a year

I've found the Wynn's stuff makes a noticable difference, I use it on a full tank at the start of a long run.

I used to chuck a litre of white spirit in with a full tank and take it on a long run. Trouble is white spirit is now more expensive than a proper injector cleaner.
