Replaced the td4 leak off pipe for some new pipe sold by the mate due to wet pipe from 1-2 2-3

Replaced all and while checking car over today the pipe between 1-2 is wet again could this be a faulty injector or something simple

Are the plastic fittings o.k. and also the "O" ring seals in the top of the injectors for the plastic connectors in good condition ? Are the plastic connectors pushed fully home ?
Pinholes and small gaps can cause fluid to finish up not necessarily where the leak actually is !!
