Hi, it is the same no matter if you indicate right, left or hazards on?

Hi, I'm pretty sure the flash rate is a product of current flow through the flasher unit. If you have bad earths in the bulb circuit it could produce this symptom even though the bulbs a working but not a bright as normal.
