Pikey Dummy Ejection Facilitator.. Nov 18, 2012 #2 The cancel isn't on the stalk it's on the steering column behind the wheel. unless you mean the Off position on the stalk???? it a simple on-off-on switch. either new stalk or fit a switch to dash and wire wipers thru it.
