Just noticed on my disco 300 tdi(95) that the passenger side front indicator is flashing very slow & dim. The side and the rear indicator on the passenger side doesn't flash at all ? Drivers side perfect

Bad earth or fuse ? Cheers

Ok, So this is where I'm up to. Symptoms are driving lights ok but as soon as I pull the lever back for full beam on inc 2 spotlights it pops a fuse . This just leaves the drivers side light with sidelight, driving light & full beam

The 2 spots are off and the passenger headlight is on sidelight only, today I bought a new indicator relay as I didn't have any passenger side indicators ( drivers side ok) . Plugged that in and my indicators ( drivers side comes on perfectly )

But as soon as I switch to left indicator, only the trailer light comes on the dash and also the front passenger side indicator is very dim . Then pops the fuse , the indicator relay gets very very hot. Now left with no indicators again. Any ideas ? Thank you.

Earthing issue, chase the loom back to find it, I can't remember off the top of my head if there was a close earthing point on the inner wing like the 200Tdi or if it goes to a central earth in the cab?

one thing you can do is to create new earths for the indicator and the headlight by snipping and fitting a ring terminal and self tapping screw into the body to get good contact.

What investigation have you done? Besides blowing fuses and pulling/pushing levers?

Ok, here's where I'm up to. Checked all bulb holders , wires (no splits) fuses etc . One strange thing was my headlights on the passenger side would blow in full beam. Now the headlights work perfect ? Strange.

Had a spare new dim dip resistor that I put on and when on full beam the resistor is clicking like mad ? Even though all the lights and bulbs are fine . Still my biggest problem is no indicators. Nothing at all , any ideas?

The only thing I've done before the indicators stopped working was a wire on the back off the alternator that shows the battery light on the dash snapped. I stripped the wire back , put a new spade on and pushed it back on to the alternator. Maybe connected but that's when my troubles started. I've checked the wire and it seems fine

Sorry for the long post but it's getting on my nerves now. Thank you
