Hi all, can anyone recommend a good/reasonably priced:rolleyes: landy specialist in or around north London.

My usual mechanic is OK with my other cars but on 2 occasions i have taken my rangie to him he has fooked it up.

Also can anyone give me an idea of what i should expect to pay to have the pistons changed (labour only). 1999 4.0L v8

I'm also looking for a good independant on N London ( I'm in Enfield) - I've found one on Tottenham, but not sure if it's the same guy - grateful if you could forward me contact details too please.

Can you share details with me plse? I'm Herts/London border just u the A.10. I need a Rangey independent garage.

Hi folks

I have just seen this thread for a reasonable landy garage in North London/Herts to service etc a Disco 1. Would it be possible to have a contact name etc.
 
ok the guy was not a lr specialist but i have since found someone in stanmore who is but i have not used him YET...
i will pm anyone who wants the details

Had a leaflet left on my windscreen recently from www.brookfieldsgarage.co.uk

They're in Barnet. For my P38 4.6HSE they quoted the following.
Service price starts from £150. up to £750 for a major service depending on year of vehicle, All prices include vat and genuine land rover parts are used also -10% with your vouchure. £50.00 for full scan of all ecu's and reset all faults.
