Hi all.
New owner of a disco 2 and while looking around I found what looks to be a CD player under passenger seat with the words navigation company written on.
Is this a sat nav from years ago and if so where would the screen be?

Are they any good?

Don't have one myself, but the screen would be on the head unit in the centre of the dashboard. It looks jolly primitive compared to the ones you get built in now. This chap retrofitted one, but I think you'd probably be better off with a TomTom...

I still use it because I got an updated navteq CD from ebay last year, about £17

Only thing is, it doesn't appear to do post codes, only road names and numbers...although you can save your current position wherever that may be!

After market head unit fitted before I got it so I guess I have a new paper weight lol.
