Have a look at the Series carawagons and similar to get some ideas of what can be done...

When I have time I'm planning to make a bed in the back of my 88". Current plan (in my head) is to have it fold over the front passenger seat and rest on the dash. It SHOULD be wide enough for two to sleep on and it could be used as a table when sitting on the right hand side bench. There will be storage space underneath it.

Did same with 90. forget the table idea. Tis too close to the seatbox and to low to be practicable. Get an awning and a folding picnic table.

Look in the pics on my gallery I have a sketch for a fold out double bed that rest hinges on the bulkhead has a couple of supporting legs. Simples. Will be making it next year for some weekends away.

I just bought 2 packs of Loftboards from B&Poo basically 3 13"x 4ft langths of 18mm T&G chipboard. in each pack had to cut the last piece in half lengthwise. to get it to fit now got a solid base that is easily removable/shortened as required and covers the whole of the 110 Allowing a double mattress to be fitted. and storage underneath.

Total cost £13.

He wants one of these..

HOWEVER as it's never been done before he can't have one. :D :D

Had to sleep laid sideways across it tuther night. Cos it ****ed it down and I discovered the roof seams have popped. Fooking water was pouring in.

It wasn't as uncomfortable or difficult as I thought it'd be
