I have a copy of the Haynes manual translation of all technical terms from English to French. I'd post it but I'm not sure what the legal implications of that would be even though it doesn't say "copyright" anywhere on it, so if you need it then best to pm me.
That is much more comprehensive and useful than the Haynes manual I have. The scary thing is that I don't know what half of those terms mean in English
