Am I the only one to own a Range Rover P38 with the paint code 621, Icelandic Blue Pearl?

I "keep" being told it is an unusual and gorgeous colour, not to mention the fact George is extremely clean.

So, I simply wondered if there are any other 621 colour coded Range Rovers on the forum.

BTW, she's going beautifully. Regularly reaches the ton on the old foot to the board on Sport mode :p:D

Not sure boasting about breaking the speed limit on an open forum is a smart thing to do.

Kinda stupid and not cool or clever.

Really? Ya think?

I never claimed to be either or, just stating a fact...;)

Gosh, sorry if I offended anyone. I mean, it's not like there are worse things going on in the world

So, back to the original question.

Anyone on here have the same car in that colour or know of someone?

Just interested :)

I have/had a book which gave the history of the P38 and its variants.....it used to be next to my computer....and was a couple of weeks ago.....not sure where 'Her Indoors' has put it now....once I locate it, I'll see what it says about that colour....

Lol, why do they "do" that?

I like my stuff nearby so I can "locate" it easily, THEY like to TIDY stuff up and THAT is annoying as hell :D

I have a book here.
Icelandic Blue (metallic) introduced for the 2000MY replaced Charleston Green. Not available to North American models.

That's all I can find.

well mine isn't . . . . .

maybe a process of elimination is the way to find out if any of us have the same colour ?

A friend of mine had a Vogue 50 in Atlantis Blue, fair play the colour was stunning, I would have had that off him in a flash but he sold it before I knew he was selling it .

Bought Meguiars Polish and did a bit the other day and the side today.

Looking good, no?

Haven't driven George all week, been busy with work and driving a Defender pick up with a tank on the back....they are NOT built with any hint of comfort in mind

So, for fifteen minutes after work, I would polish a panel on George.

Here's her shiny metal ass...

Just off to hitch up caravan to get it washed, then I have a gala gig on the back of a float.

Its all good :D

He means your number plate is showing and you've stated in public you've broken the law. Much better to say George was speeding. We know who you mean.

Looks like they're coming out of the woodwork now. Mine will be Icelandic blue once photoshop is installed!

Polishing: check that link someone put up to the 2 bucket wash or whatever it was on youtube. Should be a black guy. He's a bl**dy legend. Worth listening to IMO.
