Morning all,

I have just bought a 1999 TD5 GS Disco II on 107,000 miles for £6100.00, hope that sounds like a good price, they seem to vary massively.

So no more slumming it in the Defender forums for me!!!! :D

Now I've got smart motor I'll have to do an avatar, will get the camera out.... when the snow melts....

On the must fix soon cos they annoy me list is;
Cigar Lighter Assy - mine broken
Coin Holder complete - mine broken
Rear Step Damper - mine broken
Clock - guess the time game as half the lcd lines missing
Load Liner - want one to protect back of 2nd row seats and sides of boot too if anyone knows who sells such an item I would appreciate it - took out the 3rd row seats yesterday and put in loft for storage until resale.
Spare Remote Key & Fob - just want a 2nd one.

I won't list what I fixed or bought of ebay yesterday be too long for 1 post.

If anyone can help with any of the above you would have my eternal grattitude or at least my grattitude until I have forgotten where the item came from so at least a week i reckon :D

1 result - got heated seat switch kit on order from ebay - seats already have heating pads and wiring looms to under seat, so £40.00 for remaining wiring, 2 switches and switch fascia panel and I can have a warm arse on a cold day woohoo!

nice one, that seems a fair price to me i can understand you taking the 3rd row out as i left mine in and now they are fukt where i have thrown stuff in the boot and wrecked them.the loadliner is a must but if you get a rigid plastic one make sure you cut a piece of old carpet to fit the bottom otherwise everything slides about and drives you mad. rear step dampers are renown for seizing. make sure the step itself is free. ;)

I have a load liner (not for sale sorry) very good indeed, also have a full set of seat covers, this especialy helps in the boot because the cover goes all the way down the back of the rear seats to protect them and also the sideways facing seats have them so they are also protected.
