get them to put it on a small pallet
open rear door
forklift pallet in vehicle
job done
If you mean swapping the engine under the bonnet there might be slightly more complicated work involving wires, pipes and things.

Stop being such a knob, you obviously know jack **** about anything so its probably best if you just step away from the keyboard and dont log on again.
As for your disco engine transplant if you want to try please go ahead but remember that those 3 litre TDV6s love petrol through em and use fairy liquid instead of that nasty oil stuff it makes em go much much faster.

Simtek are the people to speak to in regard to all the electronics, you could go with Bell Auto Services or Nene I believe, theyve both put TDV/8 in Defenders so they would be partway there.
