It's got potential, but given the effort that has already gone in, it's a shame they didn't give the aesthetics a little more thought. Real shame...

That is truly horrible, crap moulding and the pattern work is pants, a pointless product badly executed. Wouldn't have wasted half a roll of mat on that!

What happens when someone with technical skill but no creativity thinks their going to make a fortune

A few tweaks and it might not be 1/2 bad.
The square pegs in the oval holes dont help, neither does some of the finish.
Passenger side shelf is pointless, bit more thought on the finish and the design of the centre bit.

Jeez .. how much?

Ugly, poorly made, less useful than standard, the only decent bit I could see is the centre console part, but they even made that look 'odd' with the square things in the oval opening!

Potentially a great idea, but not really developed enough for me.

Do ye reckon theres a market for a for properly re-designed 'bolt-on' dash's? was thinking of designing and making a few?

Not really for me, no money for 'fripperies' .. but if I could afford one yes .. ;)

There are a few on the market already ...

I'd say yes too. The original loses way too much volume with the built in air ducting. As mud and raptor have proven there is clearly demand for a centre console and space for speakers..... So yeah- better design could make this a saleable product....

Was thinking about it myself too but it's a big job to do well - maybe moulding over the fuse panel etc but retaining space for 3rd seat / cubby box.

i got my vac former to start producing the equivalent mud console for half the price :)
