Hi guys,

I am finally back after nearly a year after selling my fantastic Discovery in feb, i have had a few decent motors and a couple of ****e ones (hilux surf) but i have missed not having a Land Rover.

I have just swapped my car for a 1989 Range Rover 3.5 litre EFI Classic with full leather, elec seats and lpg kit etc.
It has a high mileage at 144000 but it has every MOT since new etc.

The only Bad points are the rear tailgate window is corroded and needs replaced plus the heater fan is clicking as if the fins are hitting something.

I can get a replacement tailgate window and surround for £180 but does anyone know how easy it is to get into heater fan?

Dashboard off job? I'm sure it is as I had a leak in the heater matrix and no way was I going to that trouble.
