Hi guys.
I’m Jon, and live in Wokingham Berkshire....
I buy and sell a few cars that often need work. In order to make some money I have to fix most issues myself rather than paying someone.
I’m not a mechanic but I recon I’m quite good at turning spanners.

I currently have 2 Disco 3’s and a Range Rover sport .

if you want to save money, invest in a good Land Rover diagnostic tester like a Nanocom Evolution or Foxwell NT530.

It was his intro "I buy, fix and sell cars and currently have blah blah" that instigated my reply... a new member last year who joined for help to fix his Disco didn't realise I might live in Portugal but have family in East Lothian Scotland and know he is a mobile mechanic and doesn't own a Disco and his face ache site proves it... has he posted pics of his Disco as I asked no... but he did admit it was him... never seen again on here... I have asked for advice to sort a customers car out on here only because I have a small interest in the garage but I made it plainly clear that's what I was doing...

Welcome to the forum but beware second hand car dealers don't have a very good rep on here due to the high number of people who buy discos or rangies only to find there are expensive problems the dealer didn't mention.
