I have had 2 attempts at purchasing a replacement hub cap, and on both occassions, got the wrong part!
The front axle serial number fitted to my 1986 Defender 90 reads 22/094026.

I am begining to think that perhaps the axle is from something other than a '90', hence I keep getting the wrong part.

The hub caps supplied so far are too shallow to fit over the half shaft end nut. I need a deeper version. FRC4377R is definately not the correct part number - Any ideas anyone - please?

Wasn't aware that any 90s had half-shaft end nuts... I know Series vehicle do and they have a (deeper) metal hub cap that knocks on. The part you've listed is correct for pre-300Tdi 90/110.

Can you get a photo of the end of your hub up here?

frc4377 is plastic hub cap for 90 /110 pre 300tdi there is no nut on half shaft past series models
