Car: 54 plate L322 Range Rover Vogue

Could anyone tell me how to remove the rear of the front seats? I have fitted (or am doing as I speak) some TV screens into the headrests, and need to feed the cables down the inside of the seats, but can't see an obvious way to unclip them of otherwise.
