Are these serviceable items or do you wait for them to fail prior to replacing?

Injectors are certainly serviceable items. Any that have done 80 to 100,000 miles will be a bit tired. New nozzle and needle and calibration is around £30.00 or so a piece. Suppose you could change glow plugs every couple of years for what it costs. .

What's the cost for a replacement set of new injectors?

Fully new is a small fortune £140 ish per injector (varies considerably)

just changed my glo plugs £10 a pop for beru ones

Can anyone recommend someone to test and calibrate injectors near West Sussex/Hampshire border area?

Have a look online for a Bosch diesel center there's one near us and they recon injectors but I'm unsure of the price.
