Hi guys,
Here's an interesting question (I hope).... I live in the middle of nowhere and they closed the nearest LR dealership to me meaning its a 2hr drive or 3 day wait for something like a spare relay. I bought a headlight relay from a guy who rebuilds classic minis in his shed last time. Given my 110 TD5 has been stripped, painted and then botched when the wiring harness was put back in, I'm constantly fault finding electrical bugs. Relays are an easy swap.... so how many different types are there in a TD5 and what types - I've seen at least 2 so far....? On a wider note has anyone put together a list of common spares items to get you out of trouble in most circumstances (belts, fuses, clips etc)

Spare set of all lights, including dash.
Full range of fuses
Decent digital multimeter
At least 3m of as many different bits of wire you can think of
Spade connectors, M&Fplus crimping tool ... NOT hairdressers!
Set of flat and crosshead screwdrivers and a hammer
Relays, IIRC they are mainly YWB10032L (6 or 7 off), except for the Glow Timer which is PRC6913
HTH
