Well after buying my first Landrover, a 1994 Defender 90 300TDi I have been very busy with my to do list....
As it is today:
If anyone wants a roll/light bar like that, winch bumper or light covers give 300tdistu
I started off with a monumental list but here is my done list.....
Change Engine oil, Oil filter & air Filter
Replace gearbox oil, transfer box oil, front diff oil, rear diff oil, clutch fluid and bleed it.
Replace front prop shaft & shaft to diff seal
Repair steering drop arm ball joint
Replace seals in steering box
Replace front and rear steering arms.
Fix puncture/replace tyre on OS rear tyre
NS brakes un-seize
Replace rear brake pads.
Repaint whole shell in original colour (still needs buffing)
Hammerite inside of passenger footwell/bulkhead, battery box, underneath & rear end
Underseal underside
Clean up and paint rear of chassis, paint rear bumper, rear wheel carrier
Repair warning lights
Fit volt meter
Remove immobiliser
Fix wiring to rear safari door
Fix rear wash
Replace rear wiper motor
Fix diff lock light (replace diff lock switch on transfer box)
Fix fuel gauge
Fix lights for gauges
Replace rear indicator lights.
Replace cigarette lighter
Fit recharger socket for MAG light
Re-wire stereo safely and correctly
Fit NEW front doors.
Connect electric windows (drivers side)
Fit central locking & interface to alarm system
Replace door switches to front doors
Fit switch circuit to safari door and connect with front door switch circuit.
Fit new courtesy light
Fit total closure alarm system and interface with electric windows, central locking, lights etc.
Repair passenger side foot well
Repair battery box
Repair hole under windscreen / front bulkhead welding
Repair hole around passenger seat belt anchor
Repair hole in front chassis where bumper attaches
Replace tube outriggers
Fit NEW door cards
Sort middle hinge & bottom hinge of safari door
Repair the door catch of safari door
Remove wooden inserts of tub
Fit replacement safari door seal & door under strip
Make & fit replacement safari door trim
Make & fit rear panel electrical cover trim on both sides to match safari trim
Fit sound proofing in tub
Fit carpet in tub (ongoing)
Fit sound proofing & carpet around seat box (ongoing)
Fit carpet in drivers foot well
Fit fire extinguisher
Fit front light covers (bought and paid for - just awaiting repainting)
Fit rear light covers (bought and paid for - just awaiting NS one being repainted)
Fit winch bumper
Fit roll bar/light bar
Fit rock/tree sliders (bought and paid for - just awaiting repainting)
Remove dog guard
Refit floor and panels under seats and paint entire floor/seat box (just seat box to painting to do)
And my to do list (at the moment):
Replace van rear panels with county rear panels or fit windows to existing ones.

Fit replacement headlining
Fit rear county seats & belts
Fit 1 or 2" lift kit
Fit winch
Fit 2/4 x front round spots to bumper
Fit 4 spots, 2 fogs, 2 side lights and IR light to roll/light bar
Fit rear light bar to match front roll bar complete with 2 work lights, rear camera and IR light.
Fit replacement seat covers
Fit diff protection
Fit steering protection
Fit new Cam belt, tensioner etc kit
Fit swivel seal kits on both front wheels
Repair brake pedal pivot pin
Stone chip paint inside of wheel arches
Repair front of tub (small bit that needs patching and probably on today's jobs)
Connect electric windows (passenger side) - waiting for connector
Replace safari door stay
Replace tub to chassis bracket forward off rear nearside wheel.
Fit replacement windscreen seal
Fit SAAB electric radiator fan and make surround/remove viscous fan assembly.
Fit MUD dash
Fit MUD pod above dash
Fit 11 switches in MUD dash for lights, fan etc
Fit MUD mini pod above clocks
Fit rear courtesy light.
Fit heater windscreen, mirrors & seat pads.
Replace heater matrix.
Plus the toys list
Fit leisure battery, fuses, relay, connections and 2nd volt meter for dual battery setup
Fit 5" LCD display into the MUD pod above clocks and connect buttons/wiring for switching the display between IR forward camera, IR rear camera and Raspberry PI GPS information screen
Fit 7"-10" touch screen LCD display into the MUD dash
Fit and connect onboard Hackintosh computer system, wired and wireless networks
Fit forward and rear IR cameras

It's hard to believe that this was a car that appeared to be in really good condition with little needing to be done!!
