I've tried selecting them on me list and can't see an option. No option inside the conversation anorl.
 
Click the box then select 'Leave conversation' .. this'll give the option either receive, or not, new conversations if I remember properly .. :)

Tried this and it works :)
I get the options:
  • Accept future messages
    Should this conversation receive further responses in the future, this conversation will be restored to your inbox.
  • Ignore future messages
    You will not be notified of any future responses and the conversation will remain deleted.

I chose the top one and they delete but should come back if replied too.
 
I knew it was something like that .. Can't be seen being too helpful ... ;)
