Collected my 64 plate Freelander earlier this week . Setting the vehicle up on the menu on the dash & disabled "Audible Alarm" to find that the horn still beeps twice when I unlock the car?
Any Ideas?

When you lock or unlock??

Not sure why it's beeping when unlocking

could it be a signal that you've got worn battery in ur remote ???

With remote central locking it may indicate that something is not closed/ secured properly(you've left a window down etc) however, on unlocking not sure what it may be... :-S Have a 'looksee' can't hurt!!

Isn't that just one beep for a door open?

Not sure on FL2 but most other 'Motas' I have worked with have two 'beeps'..9mainly German IIRC)
