Pity nobody knows the landowner and ask him if he or she wants these restrictions.
If it has been graded then I doubt any of the laners will be bothered about driving it again. Photos of days gone by make it look like quite a challenging lane.
How one of the objectors described remembering cantering with a horse is beyond me, obviously an out an out lie that only an idiot would believe. No sane horse owner would have gone down there with a horse, but then maybe that is the point?
