In the middle of fixing some leaks after putting the 110 back together.

Couple from the caulking in the roof and gutter and I see the gutter has 4 sets of 2 holes approx 40mm apart on each side. 2 at the front, 2 above the 2nd row doors, 2 about center of the rear panel and 2 at the back corner.

Are these standard drain holes or have they been from an old roof rack etc?

Well...........

Its supposed to be a 92, and I think the roof probably is the only original bit?

Will check my 2 110 tomorrow, subject to being able to get in workshop as we are in danger of a repeat of xmas flood, we were losing fields yesterday and it is raining non stop again, hopefully the 110 is on the ramp still and the 90 is insurred and fecked at the moment...LOL

Sorry rememeber reading your build thread a while ago and being impressed, just hadn't put todays post with that thread

will look tomorrow i have an 1985 110 and a 1995 110

I am almost certain they are from a roof rack. I stripped a 110's roof gutters back to bear metal on a 1998 300tdi and there were no holes except for in the corners at the rear.

Cheers guys,

I spent a couple of hours today scrapping out the old cracked sealant out the gutters and seams on the roof and sealing them back up with new gunk,

Hopefully that stops the puddles in the back now.
I didn't realise they were so bad for leaking that land rover had a 35 page book on sealing up the leaks! :D
