hi i have a hole in my disco rear boot floor not very big , should i patch it then go mad with underseal or is it a job to fit a rear floor into it , do you have to cut the old one out ,does the new floor tack to the old floor .:confused:
 
Hi, wouldnt bog it. - that stuff comes back to huant you too soon!!

Cut out a square and weld a piece in. hammer down the edges before you weld so it sit flush. paint it with primer or fish oil.
 
fitting a new floor is very long winded (did mine) however it is worth doing if you intend to keep the disco. it involves a lot of spot weld removal. but goes totether OK you may find you have to replace some of the floor support x members but they are easy to do. did mine in a weekend.
