Donna here from Canberra. Just bought a Freelander 2 SD4, primarily just to tow a light trailer. Traded an old Jaguar which took a lot of work to keep on the road. I’m a decent mechanic and do all my own repairs, even have a genuine SDD IDS (but it might not be new enough for my 2014).

Welcome. Enjoy the site but be aware the natives, whilst friendly, can be brash at time. Also put on a thick skin before entering Anything Goes

Just wanted to say hello and welcome. So how's the weather in Canberra? It's bloody freezing here in Dorset UK .
 
Stupid hot here in Canberra... 35 C yesterday which made a motorcycle ride a little uncomfortable

That's a shame its lovely & cool here 10 degrees just waiting on the snow -2 forecast for Thursday for some snow boarding & landy action :D

Sounds heavenly, I like some sun now and then but everyday would be to much for a fossil like myself. Although the heat would do my healed broken bones the world of good after the motor cycle accident I had in 2006. Changed my life in so many ways, life changing is what Dr's said, but that's a long story lol. But now I love life everyday is a blessing and I get to drive my project that kept me sain in the dark days.
God that sounds depressing lol. You keep safe and keep the bike and the freelander shiney side up.
