Hi everybody:)
Been messing about with landys for near on 20yrs, so i thought it's about time i joined this forum.
I have two Series IIa's, one 1964 swb and a 1971 lwb onetonne plus two RR classics 1993 & 1994.
Certainly a glutton for punishment:rolleyes:

Yep, you certainly got it bad. Hey, Bishop Storters: that's not far from Furneaux Pelham, have you driven through the ford there? (or is it Stocking Pelham?)

There's a few fords around that way, the best one is the river bed at violets lane in Furneux Pelham by the Brewery tap pub. especially after heavy rains have been, it must be at least 1/2 a mile long and very deep somtimes. It usualy dries up in the summer months.
The landy and yourself will need snorkels;)

Furneux Pelham, I was in hospital with that the doctor cured it by sticking his finger up my....... well never mind.

Yep, that sounds like the one. I found it a few years ago when I was out that way on my pushbike. Saw the sign saying "unsuitable for motors" and decided that I couldn't get down there on the racer :) . Any photos?

Hi all

This is David W just joined you. I live in sunny Spain, with my wife & Freelander. I had to sell my classic Range Rover a few years ago but still think about the V8 grunt it had!
A question. I want to fit a pulsing magnet to my fuel inlet pipe on the 1.8 engine. Which is it as you look from the front of the engine? (don't tell me it's the balck one, they're all black).

I could always bring the U****G ;)

Some other forum members have suggested a local meeting, so far we've got Mersea Island as a venue. Is that too far for you? Perhaps we could come out your way a bit next time..?
