Looking for a set of tyres for the Sport. FL1.

Has anyone got knowledge of these?? They are about 50% of the cost of 18 inch tyres.

I can replace all 4 to match as only one is as new. Others are old and cracking up.

I can understand that they may not last as long but at about £70 each are they safe, do they stop you in the wet etc....

Thanks.

I've had them on my 110 for around 10 yrs? No issues but they wear quick but I don't do many miles. Good grip in all conditions.

We have them on some of our campers at work.

They seem good enough, probably nothing spectacular, but nothing catastrophic either.

I take phone calls on the support line for the campers, and if its a call about a flat or a blow out etc that I need to organise help for if they can't change the tyre, or to get a replacement fitted - its seems its always the Continentals or Bridgestones - not the Hiflys.

Thanks. Might give a set a go. Around £57 each got to be worth a trial and report.

But which size??

See photo.

Accelera
£200 for 4 (235/50/18)
Second lot I have had in 6 years
They are quite and handles ok with them
in the dry
Off road and wet I am not to convinced with them but in the wet I adjust my speed tbh

A set of 4 are on their way. Report to follow.

Will get alloys refurbed while tyres are off.
How are the tyres?

We have a lot of new VW Crafter 50 vans in our fleet.

Tyres are shot and need replacing after 36k kms - just over 20k miles. That's 'quality' Continental tyres. Not sure if Hifly have been put on them, but if they have been, I'd expect a lot longer life and nobody will probably notice any change in driving characteristic.

Can't tell you yet. Wheels off for refurb before fitting. Running an old set of 17 inch Trek wheels and tyres until next week.

Can report back on ride and wet use but wear will take a little longer !!

I've had hifly vigorous on one of my fl1.
Pretty good tyre for the price, not too noisy and worked pretty well in the wet. Hifly are branching out from manufacturing specifically van tyres so they're not your usual Chinese ditch finders
