just thought i'd pop in and say hi. I bought my first land rover about 8 weeks ago a beautiful stage 1 discover 3.9 v8 ES. She ran like a dream for 6 weeks then BANG she developed major problems and has spent last 2 weeks in the garage, fortunately she was covered by a warranty so no matter whats wrong i'm laughing. Gotta admit i miss her to bits. Whole family are mopping around in a peugeot 406 at min and the kids especially aren't pleased. our BB (landys pet name) has full leather and electric interior with privacy glass in the rear, and is basically like driving a big comfie couch with a bit of vroom in it.

needless to say we can't wait till she comes home

hi and welcome, just make sure that EVERYTHING is covered on your warranty, most warranties arent worth a **** when it comes to 4wd. i have yet to find one that covers the transfer box for a start. good luck with it anyway
