Hi everybody, Im Russ and although i've been browsing your classifieds for my first Land Rover, I'd never written in any part of your forum. Now though, as i've just got my first one, i felt obliged to take part a little more!
So Im 28, live in Sussex and Im a tree surgeon by profession.
Just bought an Ex-Military FFR 110 waterproofed and winterised. Mechanically pretty sound but suffering with a bit of a rusty bulkhead, especially around the vents and top corner areas. She's a trusty 2.5 n/a diesel at the moment, so not the quickest!
The family and i are looking to be doing some green lanes and camping in the summer whilst improving our latest addition to the family.
