oneway clutch in clutch pack c and d

Thanks mate sorry I realised I posted in the wrong section which one is C and D?

in pic above from left to right you have black and white lines first is clutch B then C and D the oneway clutch is the silver castellated part below on the shaft

Okay thank you so what's the best course of action, recon gearbox or are they easy enough to change when box is out?
