Been around Landy's for a while and thought I would say hello. It all started when I sold my VR6 (or lose my licence) to buy a stock D1. I booked a 1 day off road instruction lesson and marvelled at where it would go on normal road tyres....and I was hooked.

It has taken over my life and glad of it! I have two competition cars now and am active with the AWDC all year round. Part of my passion is to help set up trials and get involved with the clubs activities including writing articals for the magazine, I put the stage up for King of the Valley's at Walters Arena back in July, but am an amatuer compared to the teams that turned up for that one.

80" 3.9 trialer and 117" safari motor are my babys but the Disco is still my main love.

Well there you go, that's me.......Nick Brown

Hi mate. Search on here for picture posting for idiots and use photbucket

I won't hold having a wrangler owner as a friend against you :p

Have a read of this

Although if you break me in half, I have got Land Rover written all the way through me.........you have to see this Jeep to believe it. Also my main competition in the club is Ted who runs a 1963 Willys jeep with a 4.6 Chevy Blazer in it. He is 72 and still rolls it on a regular basis.

Sorry.....I was watching Darryl Hanah's sublime acting.
