Hi everybody.
What to say about myself and my connections to the landies?
I have been a lover of off-road for decades, first with jogging and playing with trial and trail motorbikes in the eighties. Now I still love restoring those old motorbikes as new, and sometimes riding them in the countryside or in the woods nearby, proudly wearing my old belstaff trialmaster and my old levior helmet signed by Mick Andrews and Eddy lejeune.
I have first jumped in a Jaguar Land Rover dealer's garage for the Jaguar side... But afterwards, I have been convinced by the practical aspects, still with a high comfort level, of the discovery: I live in the country close to the woods, and have got two big dogs... At the beginning of this year, my wife and myself decided to replace our old S-Type by a Defender for the same reasons: no more problems for chosing the car when my wife needs the AWD (on snow or ice) and I need myself a dog transport or tow a trailer...
Here we are with our two landies, very different but both so pleasant and practical.
Best regards .
Luc
PS: sorry for my english...
