I currently have a Series lll 1972 88" 2.25 petrol. Previously I have had a Series l, 2 x Series llA. I learned to drive in Series l & ll as a kid, (a very long time ago!) and a llA (1960) was my car. I have had my current Landie since 1992 and I'm the second owner. Always looking for tips, tricks etc. as anything I know is self taught. Thanks for having me

Welcome to LZ!

Good choice of motor. A real Land Rover. Made in Britain, from steel and alloy (mostly, anyway). :)

Welcome:).

We like pics usually but understand difficulties to post at the moment:(.

But if that's yours in your avatar it looks good. Sounds like you will know alot of your own tips to share too:).

As post #2 - Proper LR passed my test in a IIA - which we still have, but it is rather poorly at the back of a shed..:(

Hi and welcome!

Fantastic looking Landy! I’ve still got my first one, a series 3 owned since 1993 although now needing lots of work… :(
