hi all,
Recently purchased my first Freelander, when I purchased the guy said I've got another one you can have 52 Reg, remapped to 150bhp In ok condition but won't go into 1st gear but it has a gear box in the boot ready to go in.

Seemed a good deal & he muttered tax test blah blah & I got lost in the conversation & bought both....

Question 1 worried now, I've checked test, ran out 2016
No log book can I tell if it's stolen?
Is it worth anything should I sell it as is.....

Didn't know buying a Landy would cause so many issues

Thanks in advance

Welcome to the Landyzone, try posting your enquiry re-your purchase in the "Freelander" section, there more folks will see your question and may be able to give informed answers.

I don't see any issues really, why would you think it was stolen, did you buy it in the dead of night from behind a closed down factory estate or something. Get a form from the post office and send it with £25 to the DVLA. Then check what needs doing and put it in for its mot.

Lol thanks Col, I just joined the group & saw the stolen thread & thought oops, maybe I should have asked for more docs. Was going to phone DVLA Monday then go down the route you say
