Hello...

Right now as I type this, I'm stuck with a knackered gearbox.

I really (really!) need help!

I know none of you know me from Adam, but I bought my series 3 less than a couple of weeks ago - and have been a lurker for a while but didn't want to register until I was an owner...

If anyone who can help lives either in Rushden or Wellingborough Northamptonshire - I would really like to hear from you..

This isn't a wind up. :-(

So... that's on my door step. But I'm currently in Staffordshire. If no one else can help I can go across later tonight with landy and winch and recover.

Are you in Northamptonshire?

Maybe in Rushden or Wellingborough??

Cool... like I say. Won't be back till later, tbh if no one else can help sooner on LZIR I can strongly recommend northants4x4 rescue is normally fairly helpful too.

If its just a pull out and you have reacue equipment I can help. .if it invoves any walking to get to you I'm stuffed I'm afraid .

Sorry lost internet.....have spoken to him, stuck in a ditch with no drive, possible half-shafts/clutch/gearbox problems

Doesn't sound an easy recovery, thinks he's on a legal part? fair way through woods back to tarmac, no road recovery service and in an ideal world would like a tow home to wellingborough
